My personalized fitness coaching program is designed specifically for working professionals/entrepreneurs between ages 25-45 yrs old who are former athletes or have previous training experience. I understand your unique fitness needs and tailor my program to help you achieve your goals, whether it's overcoming injury, improving performance, or simply staying in shape.
I know that injuries and pain can hold you back from reaching your full potential.
That's why my experience and knowledge in injury reduction and exercise modification can ensure that you’re training safely and effectively in order to reach your fitness goals. Whether you have a history of injuries or are currently experiencing pain, I can help you work around it and get back on track.
I also understand that your time is valuable. That's why my routines typically consist of 2-3 blocks of 2-3 exercises (supersets/tri sets) done in a circuit fashion, maximizing your workout efficiency without sacrificing results.

For over a decade I served as the performance coach for Villanova University Men’s basketball program. I was part of 2 National Championships and helped develop multiple college athletes that would go on to play professionally. During this time I also trained a diverse group of professional athletes, Olympians, and serious working professionals. One of the common themes that I have witnessed and personally experienced is improving your physical strength is directly related to improvements in your overall physical and mental health.
